The foundation was established on the 26th of April 2019 and recognised as having legal capacity by the government of the Upper Palatinate on the 9th of May 2019. It has the status of a charitable foundation. The business of the foundation is managed by Dr. Anton Wiedemann and Thomas Hanauer as the foundation board members on a voluntary basis.
